Hi, I just wanted to share my experience after having my breast reduction and uplift surgery in Cairo, Egypt.

Overall, I can honestly say it was a really good experience. From the first consultation, I felt comfortable and listened to. The doctor was very professional, reassuring, and took the time to understand what I wanted from the surgery.

One thing I really appreciated was that during the process he also removed some cysts that I hadn’t originally gone in for. The fact that he went above and beyond and took care of something extra like that meant a lot to me and really showed his level of care.

The doctor and his team were amazing throughout our time in Cairo. They looked after us really well, were always supportive, and made the whole experience much easier. I’m really happy with my results so far, and I’m excited to see the final outcome as I continue healing.

The only small improvements I would suggest would be to have the option to purchase the post-operative garment directly through the clinic, as that would make things more convenient for patients travelling abroad.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Septorhinoplasty with Dr Ahmed Abdel Gawad.
From start to finish everything was perfect. The team helped with flights and travel plans to Egypt removing all stress. Dr Ahmed is so kind, respectful, empathetic and explained everything clearly. All nurses at El Nada Hospital were excellent, delivering top standard care. I even got ongoing support after returning home. I’m overjoyed with my results. Highly recommended to all! I felt totally reassured from booking right through to aftercare, even travelling to Egypt. Dr Abdel Gawad and his staff looked after me brilliantly with great care and empathy. I chose Mr Ahmed El Gawad after carrying out extensive research and seeing the consistently outstanding reviews about his work and from my very first consultation, he fully lived up to them. He is incredibly compassionate, and I immediately felt confident and at ease in his care.

On the day of my surgery, Mr El Gawad was thorough, attentive, and provided a great deal of reassurance, which made a huge difference. The results have exceeded my expectations, I couldn’t be happier. He achieved exactly what I wanted and more, and I’m absolutely over the moon with the outcome.

His aftercare has been just as impressive. He is always available if you need reassurance or support, and despite having a very busy schedule, he personally took the time to call me when I needed advice, which meant a lot.

I also want to mention his secretary, Rachel, who has been fantastic throughout and extremely helpful, responsive, and supportive with any questions or queries.

Overall, Mr El Gawad is an exceptional surgeon, and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering treatment. I would absolutely return to Mr El Gawad in the future if and when I decide to have further surgery.

Where do I start.
I’d been searching for the right surgeon after wanting this surgery doing for a couple of years.
From the very first consultation I had with Mr EL Gawad I just felt comfortable.
Nothing was rushed or pressured. The consultations were lengthy and there were a few to attend starting off with a phone call. Then a video chat. Progressing to face to face then a second face to face.
The procedure was explained in great detail including possible complications. Nothing was glorified. Down time was discussed. My personal frame and body size were taken into account and I was advised, guided and supported.
The results were explained to me in a realistic way.
I felt so supported and cared for.
Discussing the parts of your body you’re most insecure about is a big thing.
Mr EL Gawad isn’t only a very experienced surgeon he is also a very kind warm and genuine person.
I was communicating throughout with the same lady called Rachel. She is lovely. Responsive and warm. Lovely speaking to the same person each time. Felt so personal.
Nothing has been too much trouble.
The aftercare has been amazing too. That was so important to me.
Any questions were answered even if it was just for reassurance.
One had two post op checks and will be seen again in around four months face to face.
Although been told I can reach out any time if I feel I need to or have any questions.
If you’re looking for an excellent surgeon with a supportive team I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
Also I can’t believe how neat my incisions are. The scaring is going to be so faint once it fades down fully. I am only two weeks post op and couldn’t be happier.
Best thing I ever did.

I have had two procedures with Me El Gaward, both procedures with great results , on meeting Mr El Gaward he put me at ease and made me feel comfortable, he is very easy to talk to and explains everything so well, my husband also came to my appointments and also had the same opinion,  and felt comfortable knowing he was doing my surgery . My scars from the surgery are excellent but that was due to following Mr El Gaward instructions for my after care , he was always there at the end of the phone if I was worried about anything , nothing was too much trouble . Great after care, I also have to mention Rachel who also goes above and beyond when booking your appointment and is also there to help on the telephone .
